Minutes of September 30, 2008 meeting
- Present:

- A recent question regarding requests for non-circulating items (ref, art, annex) was discussed. It was agreed that requests for items from non-circulating items under 30 pages will be scanned and sent, over 30 pages and the entire item will be sent In-House Use Only
- Problems with sending article requests via Illiad were reported and discussed. Troubleshooting ideas were offered. Seems that larger articles are not sending on the first few tries. Suggestions were to keep resending and make sure the document is rotated to portrait. Katie will alert ILS to the problems
- Users were still not receiving emails when items were being posted via Illiad. There were reports of users complaining about this. Katie will look into the current status
- The Off-Campus book bands were updated. New ones will be available for request.
- There have been issues with sending items Atlantic-Cape County site. The group requests a contact name on the site for troubleshooting.
- Katie received a request for response to an REQ to be changed. The group did not recognize the response, so it looks like it is coming from the A-Team, Katie will follow up.
- The working groups for the RSG Goals were asked to meet and report progress during the November meeting.
- Testing of the new WF release will be taking place soon.
- A question came up regarding reporting of off-campus statistics. Katie will follow up.
- There was a discussion regarding ILLiad Reports. There were some problems with reports after the upgrade.
- Dana requested that ILS items be sent to ILS Staff at DANA and not mixed with RDS items.
- Imaging Services reports that the cd duplication and thesis binding services have been off to a good start.
- Alcohol library has moved several collections in the library to make better use of the space, we are also in the process of weeding the collections.
