Scholarly Communication Committee: Charge

Reporting to the University Librarian, the charge to this committee is to continue to educate the faculty about issues related to scholarly communication; to assess the recommendations in the Scholarly Communications Steering Committee report for priority implementation; to seek ways to develop new models of scholarly communication at Rutgers and nationally; and to help shape the Libraries'' response to and participation in new models for scholarly communication. I intend to actively support the work of the committee as an important priority for RUL.
