Minutes for October 31, 2007 Meeting

Present:

Shaun Ellis; Ron Jantz, co-chair; Choong Liew; Sam McDonald; Chad Mills; Ann Montanaro, co-chair.

1. The committee spent most of the meeting reviewing the PowerPoint slides prepared for the November 1 Technical Services Council presentation. The presentation outlines the goals and current work of the committee.

2. A proof-of-concept will be realized by creating a prototype with indexes and databases links to the people directory. By January the committee will be ready to show the prototype with automatic updates to research guides.

The next meeting will be held Wednesday, November 14 at 1:30 in the Heyer Room.
