1) Update: Drupal / Status (Sam, Choong)

Choong not available to give update.
Some discussion on subjects and timeline status.

2) Update: Drupal Release Plans (Sam, all)
Special topic: Server needs

Parallel specs, packages etc. for development, test, and production servers wanted.

Dave: Drupal environment will be new. Web pages will need to use new environemnt. Choong, Sho, and Dave will work together to get the environment sorted out and configured.

Dave wants the specs soon, in May, to start.

3) Discussion: PHP5 (Ron, Sho, Choong, et al.) "Migration of Harvest PHP4 applications to PHP5"

A machine for PHP5 is being prepared for production applications and the development environment for Harvest. Reaper will be the new Harvest

4) Update: Event Scheduler Updates (James)

Discussion postponed since Hartstein was unable to attend.

5) Update: Zotero (Shaun)

Discussion postponed since Ellis was unable to attend.

6) Update: Drupal for Project Management Updates (Shaun, Chad)

We decided that the Drupal running the project managment module would be separate from the public website installation so that they may exploit different modules without carrying the overhead of other projects. The Drupal running the project managment module will be put on Reaper 64. Eventually this may replace Bugzilla.

7) Update: Expanding Google Search to include RUCore and SCC main websites (Chad, Sam)

Chad will see if Google CSE for just RUcore is needed.
