1. Drupal status

Programming done. Now working on styles to match current website. May be some very slight pixel offset differences/variations.
Choong will get a URL for demo
Editor from TinyMCE to FCKeditor. Group decided to upgrade and re-try debugging TinyMCe before abandoning it.
Remaining coding has to do with aesthetics, rather than logic.
URL rewriting/clean URL's still being worked on.
Mocking up sample pages still needs to be done.
Subjects final list done. Database lists still coming in.
A pre-release for review will be ready for mid-July (17).

Config specs:

Dave listed and discussed the list he recieved and discussed his questions.
Choong and Sho still need to provide settings for memory and session times etc.
Dave also has questions about teh very l;arge htaccess file.
Sho is to provide his config scripts to Dave.
Choong had sent Dave a list of 39 modules (plus FCKeditor, maybe) for installation.
Choong needs to give Dave a short list of modules that do not come as part of the default set of Drupal "core" modules.

The group stepped through the spreadsheet. Notes and assignments were recorded by Choong to be inserted into the master tracking spreadsheet.

4. Discussion of event display and bookroom interface

Shaun needs to lok at RSS and other XML options.
RSS to be done by Shaun by mid-July.

Decided to add Hoover, Nakagama, and Triggs to listserv.
