1. Drupal/Indexes Progess Updates

Sam:

All content and cross-linking between descriptions completed.

Group discussion about testing.

Choong:

Templates and moving parts completed (see handout).

Group discussion of aliases/URLs.
Choong will make these a priority to fix.
Choong will email status update on Friday.

2. Drupal installation questions/issues

To do:

Dave needs to set up new environment (side by side old web environment), and migrate and test the website in thsi new environment. The installation of Drupal version 5.8 works, 5.10 has problems.
Have a discussion on how to push out fast updates..like security patches.
Clarify how tables from productuion server get integrated with content/features in development on teh development servers
Need to get check IP and not logged scripts working.

3. Quick update on migration to Reaper64

The notes on the progress of migration are in Choong and Ron's spreasheet notes.
Assignments and the status of individual projects were discussed.

4. LibX Toolbar Update

Choong created a listserv so that users can subscribe to get updates and discuss the toolbar. Their subscription also counts as an assessment statistic and helps us evaluate how the toolbar is being used.
