1) Comments from Ethnography Survey

Very brief meeting. We decided that we would, as a group at the next 2 meetings, step through the comments one-by-one. We would warm up and do them by size, that is, the ones with the fewest comments first: 1) Research Guides, 2) Proxy, 3) Personalization, & 4) Navigation. Sam will being the Excel workbooks and will keep records of our observations and recommendations as we step through the comments.
