In the hopes of fostering such a discussion and thereby advancing the instruction program, the steering committee plans pose to the New Brunswick Libraries Faculty at their next meeting the following questions:
This will be the beginning of a long-term planning process for instruction, not just for New Brunswick, but for all of Rutgers University Libraries. After the meeting, the Steering Committee will consider what steps to take to further the dialogue and to make realistic plans for the development of the instruction program. This may include NBL or RUL faculty meetings devote solely to discussions of library instruction.
