Geographic Information Systems are research tools which are useful across disciplines.
In this interactive workshop, we will learn about GIS using ArcGIS Pro to explore the basics of the application: the interface, adding and visualizing data, creating a map layout which we can either export as a PDF or share as a web map. We will also explore geospatial data types.
Make sure to register for an ArcGIS Online account before the start of the workshop: https://rutgers.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html
