Lewis Porter has performed on piano across the USA and Europe with Dave Liebman, Joe Lovano, Wycliffe Gordon, Ravi Coltrane, Marc Ribot, and many others. He appears on 26 albums as sideperson, co-leader, or leader. Dr. Porter is a long-time music professor and is a well known author, most notably of a celebrated book on John Coltrane. Terri Lyne Carrington is a three-time Grammy Award-winning jazz drummer, composer, singer, record producer and entrepreneur. She has played with Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz, Clark Terry, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, and many others. In 2007 she was appointed professor at her alma mater, Berklee College of Music, where she received an honorary doctorate in 2003. John Patitucci is one of the most celebrated bassists in jazz. From the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s he was a member of three Chick Corea groups. On various occasions he played with Herbie Hancock, and he has been a member of Wayne Shorter’s quartet since 2000. He is a passionate and virtuosic player of both acoustic and electric bass. Tia Fuller is an innovative saxophonist who has toured with Beyoncé and Esperanza Spalding. She teaches at the Berklee College of Music and has also performed with the T.S. Monk Septet, the Jon Faddis Jazz Orchestra, the Rufus Reid Septet, the Sean Jones Quintet, and the Nancy Wilson Jazz Orchestra. Fuller also tours and records with her own quartet.
