Learn how to use deliberative dialogue to guide difficult conversations about complex issues.
In the second “Newark Talks the Talk” event, we invite the community and student leaders to learn how to moderate conversations using deliberative dialogue methods. Moderator Nancy Kranich, a nationally recognized leader in conducting deliberative forums, will lead a moderator training workshop. Using the example of debate over mental illness in America, workshop attendees will learn skills can be applied to any complex issue.
