Artist Sam Alden will speak about the history of the comics that he has made and describe the process of making his newest project, the collection Castles, Freeways, Sunsets, Jobs. The presentation will be preceded by a reception with light refreshments from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
Sam Alden is a cartoonist from Portland, Oregon. He is the author of the books New Construction, It Never Happened Again, and Haunter. Since 2015, he has worked as a writer and storyboarder on Adventure Time and Summer Camp Island.
