Use this form to request up to 20 books, articles, personal copies and electronic files to be placed on reserve for Dana Library Reserves.
If you're submitting more than 20 items for the same course, please fill out an additional form. To place materials on reserve at a different library, please use reserve locations.
Bring personal copies of DVDs or videotapes to the Dana Library Circulation Desk; identify them by instructor's name, course name, and course number. Include the following information: (1) course name and number, and (2) the semester your course will be taught.
For best service, please prioritize your requests by week of the semester. This will help us manage workflow and ensure materials are available when students need them. You can note the dates desired in the text box for the reserve items. Be aware that Media Center videos from New Brunswick only go on reserve for two week periods at a time.
Instructors are responsible for complying with copyright laws for articles placed on electronic reserve and for obtaining permissions when necessary.
If you have any questions or special requests contact firstname.lastname@example.org at 973-353-5917, or stop by the Dana Library Circulation Desk.
