This acquisition was made possible by a transformative purchase agreement coordinated through the Pennsylvania Academic Library Consortium, Inc. (PALCI), one of the academic library consortia of which Rutgers is a member.

“We are proud to bring access to this expansive collection to the Rutgers community,” said Jeff Carroll, assistant vice president for scholarly communication and collections. “Agreements like this illustrate what is possible when libraries work together to leverage our collective purchasing power, and serve as a model for how we can maximize the impact of our resources moving into the future.”
