Help us serve you better -- take our survey.

Starting February 15, Rutgers University Libraries invite all Rutgers faculty and students to participate in an important new library quality improvement survey to help us serve you better.  Start the survey now: libraries.rutgers.edu/survey

Whether you use the Libraries every day or once in a blue moon, we want to know what you think of the facilities, services, and resources we provide. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and participants who provide an email address will be entered to win one of seven $500 Visa gift cards.

The Libraries encompass all libraries at Rutgers University-Camden, Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Rutgers University-Newark, and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, so please answer the questions for the library you use most often.

We are using LibQUAL+®—a well-tested online survey created by the Association of Research Libraries and used by hundreds of major academic research libraries around the world. Please be assured that your answers are confidential. No identifying links between you and your responses will be retained and only aggregated data will be reported to the Libraries. Your participation is voluntary and you may end your response at any time without penalty. The survey will run from February 15, 2016 through March 6, 2016.

If you have any difficulty using the survey, please let us know by using the email link at the end of the survey or by emailing libqual@rulmail.rutgers.edu.
