How Do I check on the status of my requests?


Rutgers Book or Media Requests

  1. To view your book requests as well as links to E-ZBorrow, UBorrow, Interlibrary Loan, and Media Booking, log in to your QuickSearch account using your NetID or library barcode and password.
  1. Select "Requests" to see a list of the materials you have requested. An "Available for pickup" message will display when the book is ready to check out at your pickup library. If you requested delivery to an off-campus site, books will be checked out to you before shipment and will be listed in your list of Loans.

Rutgers Article Requests

  1. Log in to Interlibrary Loan and Article Delivery Services.
  1. From the main menu, select the "Outstanding Requests" link . Find your article request in the list, including its transaction number, title, author, and current status.
  1. Select your article request's transaction number to view complete transaction information, including a tracking log at the bottom of the screen where you will see the date/time and status of the request every time it is updated.

E-ZBorrow Requests

  1. Log in to E-ZBorrow using your NetID or library barcode and password.
  1. Select "My Account" from the options in the upper right to see a summary of your E-ZBorrow requests, including author, title, request ID number, and status.
  1. Select an individual request # for more detailed information about that request.

Interlibrary Loan Requests

  1. Log on to Interlibrary Loan and Article Delivery Services.
  1. From the main menu, select "Outstanding Requests". Find your interlibrary loan request in the list, including its transaction number, title, author, and current status.
  1. Select the request's transaction number to view complete transaction information, including a tracking log at the bottom of the screen.
