Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals - March 22, 2017 9:00am - 12:00pm**
This course is ideal for Rutgers and RBHS managers, supervisors, unit heads and administrators who have responsibility for the staff appraisal process. The seminar will assist managers to strengthen and enhance supervisory skills to aid employee performance/development/communication while offering positive strategies to clarify job performance expectations. This session will review the staff appraisal process, policies and compliance as well as assist supervisors apply useful tips with effective results. This course is beneficial to both new and seasoned supervisors.
This half day course sponsored by Libraries HR and facilitated by University HR will be conveniently located at the Pane Room, Alexander Library, College Avenue Campus, and will offer teleconferencing to Dana Library, Robeson Library and Smith Library.
