First-time users must register and create a personal account.  It is important to do this on a computer on the Rutgers network/IP range.  Thereafter, the question banks may be used from any Internet-connected computer.  After logging in, the user is presented with a customized list of available question banks, which can be selected by clicking on the “Go” button.

Questions are written in the form of brief scenarios, followed by multiple choice answers.  The program provides feedback on selected answers, proving factual information on why an answer is correct/incorrect.  The questions are arranged in broad categories.  Users may opt to select one or multiple categories.  The exams may be taken in a timed or self-paced format.
