Open Data Editathons Featured on Rutgers Today

Last Friday, Rutgers–Newark and Rutgers–New Brunswick came together to host Open Data Editathons at Alexander and Dana Libraries in support of Hurricane Maria relief efforts in Puerto Rico. The events were featured this morning in a video on the Rutgers Today YouTube channel. Watch as digital humanities librarians Francesca Giannetti and Krista White explain how volunteers at Rutgers were able to help workers on the ground by creating maps of what the island looked like before the impact of the storm.
