The task force is to: (a) propose policies and procedures for "young scholars" and other community user populations needing special attention, (b) provide information for the RUL website that explains what community users can expect on visiting the library, including suggestions for successful visits to the library by school student groups or unaffiliated groups, and (c) propose other means of managing the demands and needs of community users with our university users. The findings and proposals of the task force are to come to the User Services Council.
