2. Update on RDS Web Document Delivery.

Judy Gardner distributed a flyer announcing the new fee-based, desktop web delivery of article. It will begin on June 1, 2004.

3. Report from Coordinating Council

Patricia Libutti reported that the Coordinating Council had reviewed the faculty surveys being conducted for the DLI 2.

4. Additional Resources for OpenURL

OpenURL will be available soon. Ebsco's A to Z list will replace the current e-journal list and there will be a separate list of electronic government publications. The initial source databases for OpenURL will be Ebsco's Academic Search Premier, the OVID databases, and Web of Science. PSC agreed that the next databases to be added are those from SilverPlatter, ProQuest, and RLIN. After those are implemented work will continue through the list of databases adding LinkSource if the database is OpenURL-compliant.

5. Expanding Digital Project Selection Criteria to Include Service Projects.

Jeanne and Ann met to discuss adding service projects to the Digital Collection Project form and determined that it was not an appropriate addition. The title of the document was modified to clarify that the projects are for the Rutgers University Repository. Additionally, the final statement was modified to read "Will this project have a new web presence or will it use the functionality of the Rutgers Repository web interface?"

6. Undergraduate Service Review Report Draft.

Sara and Myoung presented the draft report documenting notes, papers, and minutes from previous PSC meetings relating to undergraduate service. Sara will reorganize the report focusing on the questions asked in the document and it will be reviewed at the April meeting.

7. Communications Audit.

Consultants Peggy Barber and Linda Wallace joined PSC with Harry Glazer to discuss the role of PSC and communication related to PSC.
