To find a journal, magazine, or newspaper article in the most popular databases in your subject area, enter your search term(s) and choose a subject from the pull-down menu. To find books and more in the Library Catalog, enter your term(s) and select a search type in the pull-down menu. For more information see "How Do I Find a Book?"

To find a print or electronic journal in the Rutgers collections, enter its title or keywords in the title and select the appropriate search type in the pull-down menu. For more information, see "How Do I Find a Journal?"

To find a list of books, textbooks, and electronic articles placed on course reserve by your instructor, enter your instructor's last name and search. You can also use the pull-down menu to search by course title or number.

The American Hungarian Foundation will be closed from June 26 to September 6, 2016.

The American Hungarian Foundation's website at http://www.ahfoundation.org/ is currently being redesigned and is not available, but you can visit visit their Facebook Page for Current News and Updates.

The Library of the American Hungarian Foundation is an affiliated library of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. A small portion of the Library's holdings is integrated into the Library Catalog, and RLIN, the international database of the Research Libraries Information Network. The Library is identified in the Library Catalog as Hungarian; the RLIN location symbol is NJRW. Most of the items at the Foundation that are in the Library Catalog circulate to Rutgers students, faculty, and staff, but only through the Rutgers Delivery Service. Anyone may visit the Library to look at materials. There is a photocopy machine available for use. The Rutgers University Libraries accept interlibrary loan requests for Foundation Library materials. The Foundation Library also has manuscripts.
