AIDSinfo offers federally approved information on research, clinical trials, and treatment for patients and health care providers. infoSIDA is the Spanish-language version of the database. Content is presented in the following sections, all of which are searchable: News, Guidelines, Clinical Trials, Drugs, HIV/AIDS Health Topics, Education Materials, and Mobile Resources and Tools.

Guidelines may be searched by keyword(s) typed into a textbox. Clinical Trials also has the same search feature, as well as the ability of users to search by category, e.g. vaccine research. Drugs may be browsed via alphabetic index or searched by class. The latter may be limited by approval status for users interested in drugs which are still in the research “pipeline.” HIV/AIDS Health Topics may be keyword searched or viewed through a browseable index. Education Materials are divided into three sections: Fact Sheets, Awareness Day Materials, and a terminology glossary. APPs, APIs, and Widgets are available for mobile devices.
