Dana Media Center Reserves Form

Use this form to request up to 20 books, articles, personal copies and electronic files to be placed on reserve for Dana Library Reserves. If you're submitting more than 20 items for the same course, please fill out an additional form. To place materials on reserve at a different library, please usereserve locations.

Bring personal copies of DVDs or videotapes to the Media Center Desk; identify them by instructor's name, course name, and course number. Include the following information: (1) course name and number, and (2) the semester your course will be taught.

Please prioritize your requests by week of the semester, it will help us manage workflow and ensure materials are available when students need them. You can note the dates desired in the text box for the reserve items.

Lending Period

Loan Period: The standard loan period for materials on reserve is 2 hours.

Please allow the Library staff to make all requests for transfer of materials from other Rutgers Libraries.

Photocopies must be provided for the processing of electronic reserves.

Please prioritize your requests by week of the semester, it will help us manage workflow and ensure materials are available when students need them. Be aware that Media Center videos only go on reserve for periods of two weeks at a time. You can note the dates desired in the text box for the reserve items.
