Libraries' Wireless Connectivity Issue Reporting

This form should be used to report any of the following inside the libraries:

  • Trouble locating RUWireless or RUWireless_Secure hotspot
  • Slow wireless connections
  • Logging in or authenticating issues
  • Losing wireless connection or signal

Submitted reports help the Libraries and the Rutgers Office of Information Technology to troubleshoot and expand wireless coverage.
