Until May 19, 2026, you may download and read DRM-protected books in Adobe Digital Editions. On May 19, 2026, EBSCOhost Ebooks will switch to a different ebook reader app, Thorium Reader, for downloading and reading DRM-protected books. You may download Thorium Reader for Windows, Mac, and Linux or for iOS in the App Store. Thorium Reader is not yet available for Android.
The eBook Collection (EBSCOhost) contains a large selection of ebook titles representing a broad range of academic subjects, including arts and humanities, business, literature, social sciences, sciences, and technology. Books range in audience level from basic introductory texts to scholarly monographs. Titles are from a wide range of publishers, including Cambridge University Press, Harvard University Press, MIT Press, Oxford University Press, Sage Publications, Springer, Wiley, and more. Titles are regularly added to this collection.
eBooks can be read online in your web browser or can be checked out and downloaded for offline reading. Checking out and downloading a book requires creating a My EBSCOhost account and installing reader software (see Plugins note).
A maximum of 100 pages per book per user can be printed, emailed, or downloaded in PDF format. Users are limited to a total of 100 PDF pages per session. Some books do not allow printing, emailing, or PDF downloading due to publisher limits.
