Kanopy

Kanopy provides access to a broad selection of streaming video titles for educational purposes, including documentaries, independent and foreign films, classics, and feature films. Kanopy includes films from a wide range of content providers, including New Day Films, PBS, the Criterion Channel, Kino Lorber, and Documentary Educational Resources. The assortment of films available through Kanopy changes over time.

Many films provided through Kanopy also include public performance rights (PPR) and may be shown at campus events as long as all viewers are Rutgers affiliates, no admission is charged, and no profit is made from the screening. Films with public performance rights have a PPR logo in their descriptions.
