Music Reference Collection

Music Reference Collection contains major reference works in African American music, classical music, and world music. It includes the full contents of:

• Music Online: African American Music Reference: Includes reference books, manuscripts, song-sheets, lyrics, discography data, and other text sources cover jazz, spirituals, civil rights songs, slave songs, minstrel performances, rhythm and blues, gospel, and other forms of black American musical expression.
• Music Online: Classical Music Reference Library: Includes Baker's Dictionary of Music, Baker's Biographical Dictionary of Musicians, and Baker's Student Encyclopedia of Music, accompanied by score and lyric excerpts and photos.
• Music Online: The Garland Encyclopedia of World Music: Includes the 10-volume Garland Encyclopedia of World Music, accompanied by audio excerpts, score excerpts, photos, and drawings.
