Sources Chrétiennes Online is the electronic version of the ongoing Sources Chrétiennes series, which consists of critical editions of texts from the first 1400 years of the Christian Church. Each text is accompanied by a French translation, introduction, and notes. The original texts are in Greek, Latin, Syriac, Aramaic, and Georgian.
The database currently contains around 400 of the 600 volumes published thus far in the Sources Chrétiennes series. Additional volumes are added to the database throughout the year, and all volumes published to date should be added to the database by 2025.
