This is a freely accessible website part of a collection of disaster preparedness databases. Its goal is to enable first responders, first receivers, healthcare providers and planners to plan for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate the effects of mass-casualty incidents involving chemicals. CHEMM may be downloaded so it can be available during an event or if the Internet is unavailable.
