Description

REHABDATA, produced by the National Rehabilitation Information Center, is an index of scholarship and research on disability and rehabilitation. It covers physical, mental, and psychiatric disabilities, independent living, vocational rehabilitation, special education, assistive technology, law, employment, and other issues as they relate to people with disabilities.

In total, it indexes over 200,000 documents, including reports, studies, and papers submitted by projects funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research; articles published in rehabilitation-related periodicals; international research originally collected by the CIRRIE project; and commercially published books. Some non-print materials are also included.

REHABDATA allows you to identify useful publications in the study of disability and rehabilitation; however, it does not include the full text of these publications. In some cases, it includes links to subscription publications. These links have not been configured for Rutgers access.
