Description
ClinPGx is a free resource that provides clinical information about pharmacogenomics (PGx), that is, how human genetic variation affects response to medications. It supports and expands PGx knowledge, implementation, and education. It includes:
- Precision guidance for prescribers, including features that allow you to enter genetic information and receive drug-prescribing information
- PGx evidence on gene-drug and allele-drug associations curated by ClinPGx scientists, including extracted guidelines, drug labels, published literature, and pathway diagrams
- Evidence-based gene/drug clinical practice guidelines by the Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium (CPIC)
- An option to focus specifically on Pediatrics
ClinPGx integrates the PharmGKB, CPIC, and PharmCAT projects. ClinPGx is an affiliate grant of the Clinical Genome Resource and is managed at Stanford University.
