Slavic and Eastern European Studies in Video

Slavic and Eastern European Studies in Video is a collection of videos on historical and current cultural and political developments in Eastern Europe. Themes include the Russo-Ukrainian War, including Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine; cultural heritage, including folklore, religion, art, and architecture; the Cold War, communism, and the Soviet Union's control in the Eastern Bloc; political change after the collapse of communism and integration into the European Union; and ethnic studies focusing on minority communities in Eastern Europe. The collection includes films by a diverse group of Eastern European filmmakers.

Please note that films reflect their filmmakers' points of view, and some may include graphic content illustrating conflicts and warfare.
