Popular Medicine in America, 1800-1900 is a collection of digitized primary sources documenting the advertising and use of health treatments marketed directly to the American public. Material types include printed books and pamphlets, anatomy guides, broadsides, posters, trade cards, and advertising ephemera. Original materials are from the Library Company of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
