Aquaculture Abstracts is an index of scholarship on aquaculture and the planned management of aquatic organisms. Subjects covered include aquaculture management and economics; aquatic plants and algae; biotechnology and biofuels; cultivation of marine, freshwater and brackish water species; growth and development of fish, shellfish, crustaceans, mollusks and other invertebrates; replenishing natural stocks; and aquaculture techniques, equipment, feasibility studies, and laboratory methods. This database is the electronic counterpart and continuation of the print index Aquaculture Abstracts (ASFA).
