Kritisches Lexikon zur deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur (KLG) is a bio-bibliographical database with entries for more than 880 German-speaking authors active since 1945. For each author, it includes biographical information, an essay on the author’s work and influence, a list of prizes awarded, a bibliography of the writer’s works organized by genre, and a bibliography of secondary sources about the author. The database is continuously updated with new information. The database interface and text are in German.

This database is the electronic counterpart and continuation of the looseleaf publication Kritisches Lexikon zur deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur.
