LEF Digital Archive contains the complete run of the influential Soviet art journals LEF, published from 1923 to 1925, and Novyi LEF, published from 1927 to 1928. These journals, published by the group Left Front of the Arts, contain rare works by avant-garde writers, photographers, critics and designers. Every issue has been fully scanned and digitized. All text has been scanned using optical character recognition, so every issue may be viewed either as full-page images or HTML text. Text of the journal is fully in Russian.
