Description

REMM: Radiation Emergency Medical Management is a free database that provides guidance for health care providers (primarily physicians) about clinical diagnosis and treatment of radiation injury during radiological and nuclear emergencies. It also provides information for trainers, first responders, volunteers, and health and human services workers about planning for and responding to radiation mass casualty incidents. Its goal is to provide evidence-based information that can be used by people without radiation medicine expertise. REMM is available through this web interface, and it can be also downloaded in advance so it can be used in emergency situations with unreliable internet access.

REMM was produced by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response.
