CADRE
CADRE will be retiring on June 30, 2023. Prior to June 30, please download offline copies of any data and scripts in your Jupyter notebooks to which you’d like to maintain access.
To get started with CADRE, Select "Get Started," "Log in to CADRE," and “cilogon.” In the "Select an Entity Provider" box, select “Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey" and "Log On." Log in with your NetID and password. You will be logged into your CADRE personal account, which allows you to save and share your work.
Users without a Rutgers NetID may log into CADRE using a Google account. They may only access the Microsoft Academic Graph and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office datasets.
CADRE, the Collaborative Archive & Data Research Environment, provides text- and data-mining services for large datasets. It includes datasets from:
- Web of Science
- Microsoft Academic Graph
- U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
In CADRE, you can query these datasets using the Query Builder. You can then view and analyze your results in Jupyter Notebook. You can save your query results as an Archive, which will allow you to revisit your data in CADRE later. You can save the programs you write in Jupyter Notebook as Tools. You can bundle a Tool and Archive together to create a Package, which you can share with others so they can reproduce your results. You can use the CADRE Marketplace to share queries, tools, derived data, research results, workflows, and visualizations with other researchers.
