Statistical Abstracts of the World

Statistical Abstracts of the World is a collection of the statistical abstracts from around 70 countries, which are generally issued by governments' national statistical offices. It also includes some global and regional statistical compendia issued by international organizations. It can be helpful both to consult a government's own statistics and the statistics issued by international organizations, as different governments may have varying statistical definitions and methods for their own statistics, while regional and global statistical abstracts use similar definitions and methods for all countries.
