Among her many accomplishments at the University of Delaware, Morgan wrote a successful grant for over $250,000 to fund additional technical infrastructure and labor for the library’s digitization efforts. Beyond the departmental level, she collaborated with the University of Delaware Press to support journal publishing and the development of the Open Educational Resources initiative.

Morgan’s deep experience is closely aligned with many of the Libraries’ priorities in supporting Rutgers’ educational, research, health care, and public service missions.
