Librarians at the Paul Robeson Library are available to speak to your courses about library resources and services, including both general library orientations and presentations on specialized or discipline-specific library resources. To request a library instruction session for your class, please contact your subject librarian or fill out this form and your request will be referred to the appropriate librarian.
Guidelines for library instruction requests:
- Instruction sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of our subject librarians. Please submit requests for library instruction at least two weeks in advance.
- Library instruction is most effective when tailored to your course assignments and objectives. If possible, please provide your subject librarian with a copy of your syllabus and relevant assignments.
- The “comments” field below can be used to request instruction on specific resources, databases, or tools.
- The library has a computer classroom with 40 computer terminals. Instruction sessions can be scheduled in this classroom, based on availability, or in your regular classroom.
