Using the Libraries
Current Rowan University and Camden County College students and faculty are eligible for:
- Book borrowing
- Book delivery (between Rutgers libraries)
- Interlibrary Loan (including E-ZBorrow and UBorrow)
- Article delivery
Rowan and CCC borrowers are not eligible for:
- Off campus access to electronic resources
Before checking out materials, you need to register. Bring your institutional ID to the circulation desk of Robeson Library. You'll receive a borrower's card and a password that you can use to manage your account and place requests.
Students/faculty from some other regional institutions may be eligible for access, but levels of access vary. Contact your institution's library, call any Rutgers circulation desk, or Ask Us if you have questions about your eligibility for library privileges.
Rowan and CCC students/faculty can borrow books for a full semester, except for George F. Smith Library and Robert Wood Johnson Library books, which circulate for 6 weeks to all borrowers. See the Interlibrary Loan page for information about loan periods for E-ZBorrow, UBorrow, and other ILL materials.
All books are subject to recall and may be assigned a new due date, but you are guaranteed a minimum loan period of 14 days.
